About Us
The Temple Terrace Garden Club, established in 1946, strives to encourage the growth of plants and trees in private and public areas of the City of Temple Terrace and surrounding areas; to further the education of garden club members and the public in horticulture and gardening; and to cooperate with other organizations in the Temple Terrace area in matters of mutual concern.
We joined the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. in 1947, one of six counties in District VIII, the largest district in the FFGC. As part of the FFGC, we are also part of Deep South Region of the National Garden Clubs, Inc. Temple Terrace Garden Club is the oldest club in Temple Terrace and joins with the Temple Terrace Woman's Club and the Temple Terrace Junior Woman's Club in forming Woodmont Clubhouse Association, Inc. which manages our clubhouse and surrounding park. Woodmont Clubhouse and park gazebo are available for rental (
